FLUFF !!!!! How lovely to see you ..... it has been AGES!!! It would be lovely to have you join this group - welcome !!!! I was thinking it is a shame that the killer thread isn't here - it didn't make it over - just found it - so exciting - it IS still here !!

Hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday - I am back to AF today though - I did drink yesterday but was quite good..... going into work this morning at 6.00 to help set up - just staying for a few hours though.

Dottie - did the app download okay ?

Got to get ready for work .... oh talk about crazy weather - 2" of snow on the ground and 23 degrees outside and tomorrow is supposed to be 60 !!!!

Hey all,hi Fluff,of course you can join the nuthousewell Thanksgiving over and done,now on to the christmas bullshit! i do love it on the day,but getting everything done is just too stressful,i just got to take it easy,no al for me yesterday,hubs was working on Kell's clutch that was going out so i'm sure he had a few,but the thought never crossed my mindi remember a few years ago i was trying a sober thanksgiving,and i was so preoccupied thinkingabout beer,that i didn't even enjoy my holiday,i was grouchy,snappy,ended up getting sloshed and mde Kell and her bf take me gambling leaving hubs and B-rad alone,what a bitch! i've had some horrible holidaysglad this year and last year were good for me,Dots,did the app work?i know Sun already asked but i'mcurious too,poor hubs has to work today,pisses me off cuz the owners took a 4 day,plus he'll hafta work the day after christmas too(gotta plan something with Louie today,can't take him to any stores and get caught up in black friday mess! hopefully the 99 cent store will be safe,i know they're giving a free 6 ft pre-lit tree to the first 99 customers this morning,butt he and i will go later,although a free tree would be cool,i could put it in the other room,or outside,our tree has to be REAL,probly get it tomorrow,god this feels like a long post,diarreah of the mouth haha,hope everyone enjoys their Friday

Hi Fluff and welcome!!
Yesterday was lovely but long. We had a pile of food and then sat and visited. The boys found Pop's golf clubs and proceeded to try to hit balls into the lake. They are so funny when they are together.
Nana told us all how thankful she was for us and it was very sweet.
I think Bret and I are going to Christmas Arts Festival just to have something to do.

Morning all,
Today we shovel out the dining room, do laundry and cook the turkey breast I bought for leftovers.
The app works fine....I am going to get a new phone in January. I love gadgets so I am upgrading the Samsung note 4 I think. I have the Samsung 3 right now and I know the new ones have more fun things...better camera etc.
I will be hanging around all day..NO way am I going out to the insanity of this shopping day....

Pauly - under 'monthly moderation' there is a thread called 'Why Am I A Thread Killer?' Fluff and I used to post on it all the time - I hadn't realised that it came over here too - guess I had forgotten how to look for it !! It is just a fun thing ......

Glad everyone had a nice time yesterday - ours was very quiet.

I am waiting for the groomers to call for me to pick the dogs up - wish they would hurry up as I want a nap - I went into work at 6.00 this morning but was up around 3.45 'cos my alarm clock is so loud I kept waking to try and wake before it went off - not much point in having an alarm if one tries to wake up before it goes off is there ? LOL

I think I have the Samsung 4 Dottie - maybe ...... (ha ha) - no I don't, I have the 5.5 whatever that is. I got this one going from one that all it did was text and call - so this was a real step up for me. Do not use hardly any of the things on it that I could - I bought a book to tell me about it but haven't read it yet!!

I have to call the groomers - then battle traffic to go and get dogs - fortunately it isn't far.

I dunno Sunshine,i stumbled upon the quiz googling turmeric benefits,it had questions about mood,energy,headaches,skin,etc,and the sinus question was there,the only thing i can think of is if your livers sluggish maybe the body has a hard time fighting allergans?i know i probly have some sort of liver probs with the vast amount i've drank,even though the tests show up o.k(which really mean nothing if it's too far gone anyways)but i'm hoping by staying off the sauce and doing other things i can heal myself,or maybe i'm like my mom and am a bloody hypochondriac!!!

Lazy Mama here. We went to the arts festival and bought a few gifts. I came home and took and nap and then finished Sons of Anarchy and now I have no idea what to watch. I think hubs and I are going out to dinner, but not sure.
Good luck with the house chores Dottie, and Pauly the internet will convince you that you have all sorts of illnesses.
Hope you get the dogs tended to, Sun, and then you can take a nap.

I am so proud of myself....3 loads of laundry done, turkey breast cooked, dining room is 75% complete, WooHoo for me!!!!!
And I feel so much better knowing it will be presentable by next weekend. The carpets need to be cleaned but that will have to wait I think....
Going to be hard to find something to watch tonight....need to see what is left on the DVR....

Golly Dottie - go you - you have really done well today !! I on the other hand, have been a lazy sloth, and apart from working a few hours this morning and then going on the treadmill this afternoon, have done NOTHING. I need to get my act together and stop wasting so much time ..... when I drink I know the time disappears but was AF today and plan on the same tomorrow - I HAVE to do some stuff !!! I have just made my list-of-things-to-do for tomorrow !

Hi there MB - yes I did finally get the dogs sorted - they were ready - the groomers had just not called me !! Came home and started reading - had a doze, then went on the treadmill. Terribly unproductive day !

Pauly - laughed at you being a hypochondriac! But as MB says - perusing the web, especially medical things can be awful - we ALWAYS have something really wrong - so I try not to do it ! How is the tooth ???

Very quiet here at the moment - everyone must be out shopping or recovering from yesterday!!
