Twenty six months for me. I have a great day every day, never would have had I kept alcohol in my life.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

If I count today, 11 months and 1 day. Brewing early-morning coffee, and loving the sober Sunday morning.

I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

255 today and happy to shout out.
Managed to get thru a tough week, and even finished by running a 5K for first time - would never have managed either without the delight of AFness behind me!
