    I had my first EVER last year in about 40 years -what a BUZZ that was !

                              Morning Roxy. Will you be going any where for dinner xmas day or any other time over the holidays? Or will you have you're brother over or go to him? I'm invited to a sister's for dinner and to call to a neighbour after. Don't really want to go to my sisters as we don't always get along but not sure I can get out of it. Trying for a sober xmas this year so my dr says she will give me an antibuse prescription which I will getting soon as I need script for other meds. My neighbour drinks a bit sometimes but is ok if I choose not to drink with her. Not my favourite time of year but just treat it as another long weekend and may be plan walks days out good books etc.

                                Got talking to my friend in here.
                                Both of us watched that Graveyard programme & BOTH of us have been 'down' and just out of sorts since.
                                We related a lot to the guy who was presenting - he committed suicide in March this year and for some reason it had a profound effect on me , Peter ( my friend here ) & his wife too.
                                Does anyone believe that we take on negative energy? - It's just weird.
                                His wife came home & cried last night too - for no apparent reason !
