dont know molly. i have tried not to think too much why as i get can get worse as i dont know what to do about it and it spirals. but, i do know i dont like talking about it on a public forum. lucky me, i have nowhere else. and yes, i feel sorry for myself and no i dont believe i have the right to do so. and yes i get the irony of putting this on a public forum. see above for that.

want more? i have it in spades. this is why i have been quiet.

Evening army not long back from the library and I a few books to keep me going. Went for a sparkling water in the pub nearby as I was a bit tired and thirsty but I was it wasn't too busy and I have no longing for wine at least so far. Didn't make AA or Pennys as I fell back asleep till nearly 1 o clock which very late for me but I had a few nights of broken sleep so I must have needed it. Pennys open tomorrow 12 till 6pm so i'll go in the afternoon. I have a mouth ulcer on the roof of my mouth so hat to get bonjela to sooth it. I never seem to have any when the odd attack happens so called in to local chemist on the way home. Ahh sorry you are feeling a bit crappy Roxy:hug: do share of pm me if you want. This used to be a bad time for me but the last few years I just take it as it comes and try ignore the commercialism and manic shoppers and as I don't have kids or partner I don't celebrate it much this doesn't bother me as its not about religion which is supposed to be the true meaning of Christmas plus Jesus wasn't born on that date it was adopted by Christianity to try get the pagans to convert but that's a whole big history story lol anyone interested can google it. Going to start dinner so i'll be back later. :love:
