Also I have the ultimate profile tic for winter colds: I tbls honey 1 tbls Apple cider vinegar 1 crushed cloves garlic
Mix well and add 1/2 cup boiling water" drink first thing in the morning EVERY MORNING...and it will amaze you how few colds you have to suffer through this season... It's super disgusting the first month or two but like anything else...you get used to it!

I'm not rolling my eyes kradle...I love the "oils" idea....I just have the time or money to invest in new adventures right now !! :-)
Yes, Bri is still here. She desperately needs her job and since she has come back, she has been a different person. So, for now.....we shall see. She can still make me want to bite thru nails , especially right now as I transition from one med to another, but I guess I guess I have pretty good coping skills :-)

Off to visit dad then later we are going for a dance lesson. Looking forward do that.

Nora u too and everyone here gives in their own unique way. That is what makes this site so great. if we were all the same and doing our recovery in the same way how boring would that be...well just my opinion on that.

Will read back and catch up, but just wanted to say a quick "Hi!". I was out yesterday with a horrible sinus attack. Went to Urgent Care and they gave me some prescription stuff to suck up my nose. Pretty. LOL Anyway, let me catch up and I'll be back in a few!

Ok I think I am caught up. I brought in my note from my Doc and gave it to my boss and he gave it back, he said he didn't need it for one day. LOL I told him I figured since I was there anyway....plus it's kinda proof I wasn't faking.

I am worried about Pauly too...she hasn't posted since Monday. I hope that we haven't done anything to offend her...so Pauly if you are reading, please come back. I for one love your posts, you are kind and understanding and funny...so please don't leave!

Mama, I am suprised that 'Tucky is doing so well. When you said "Bri" I thought "who is that?"...we've been calling her 'Tucky for so long. LOL I will check into that show you recommended on Netflix. I have been watching Criminal Minds but I'm getting tired of it. Maybe I just have a short attention span.

Tomorrow we are having our 4th Quarter Division Meeting/Holiday Party so tonight I am making 10 lbs. of mashed potatoes....cream cheese is the secret ingredient...ssshhhh. LOL

Kradle - I love oils, I just don't even know where to start. I use clover oil on a washrag in the dryer because I like the way it smells...does that count? LOL I am open to any recommendations you have!!

K9 the oil you want to look up is BREATHE and ON GUARD- these are the 2 basics we use from Doterra

Morning all - those kinds of comments are really hurtful. It's almost like I hate to read anywhere else because of the surprise attacks on us. Oh well - I just need to focus on what I need instead of worrying about what people think about me.
