I just TTFP! (2 actually, to get started). I may have mentioned this earlier, but I am SICK of this cycle. I am going to 99c store to get my 2015 calendar and some stickers, I plan on filling that sucker up with sticker (AF) days!

I bought a pill splitter for a few dollars - slice tab in half, half again then half again!! Have to use the point of a pencil to get it in the right place - but it doesn't really matter how much is in the final slice - I still wouldn't drink if I have taken ANY so it works for me ! AND I took it this morning !! Good to see you did too K9 .....

Homemade cheesecake sounds delicious MB - I have just been eating a bowl of oatmeal with maple syrup - YUM!

I quit smoking on 13th March with the Vape cig - I didn't like the e-cigs. It was really easy - the hardest part was allowing myself to run out of regular cigs so I HAD to use the vape - but once I did that there was no looking back. I haven't even had a puff of the vape for a good couple of months either .... do not feel any different whatsoever though ! But I am so pleased that I have stopped.

Fen is fine although really busy .....

Going to go and have a sit down - been working hard all morning since 7.00 and am feeling pretty wiped - might have a sit and read before I go on the treadmill and then do my ironing !!

Hey all,glad Fen is oksorry Nora is sick,poor thing,i think it's a weather change thing,K9,good on you for taking the ab,you too Sun,it does get old,i just know i cannot drink,although i'll admit i sometimes miss getting drunk and not caring about shit! however i also don't care about my kids,house,hubs,looks,NOTHING when i drink so shoot,no mas,Kell wanted me to watch Louie as soon as i got off i says no way i need a nap! she doesn't seem to understand i'm sick,yet when she's sick she's a baby,kids,i swear

Hi Pauly! I agree, when I get drunk I don't do SHIT around the house...I don't care what I wear to work...everything just falls apart. There's nothing positive about the way I drink. I know it's just masking my feelings, which I need to just deal with. Everything from feeling guilty about drinking during Sierra's childhood, to not seeing my parents enough, to becoming inactive in my religion. Guilt, guilt and more guilt. Gotta learn to get past it.

Mama - Please find us a new show on Netflix...I am out of things to watch too. I went back to Breaking Bad but it bores me!

I am exhausted. The memorial was really nice. Folks told stories about him and we had a fantastic pot luck which he loved...we set a table for him with his favorite things on it....
Gym tomorrow then a train club meeting tomorrow night...Saturday is crazy busy too..I will sleep next week....and tonight...zzzzzzzzz

I'm with you guys. I don't do much when I drink either. Or care so much what I look like. It's really pathetic

My son has gotten me into Idiot Abroad. It's in the foreign section . We find it funny and entertaining. The first season is the best. This past week end I started watching Arrow with him. Not normally what I would watch, but I actually enjoyed it. Me personally am into reruns of Mike and Molly which I just started watching. I like to laugh.

Can't believe it's so late already. Going to bed to read.

K9 - I am watching "Call the Midwife".....it's sweet....
Is there a reason you are not as involved in your church? Maybe you should go a few times and relieve that guilt. You know they say guilt is a useless emotion, right? I know that's easier said than done.
I putter a little when I drink, then I curl up in bed and watch tv till I pass out. And I smoke like a fiend. Yuck.
