Slammed busy today. I had to a move in with one of the most neurotic people I have ever met, but I had him charmed by the end of the process......it took an hour and a half.....we had to read every line of a 29 page legal sixe document....I am hoarse now
YAY about the class Niner. Pauly - I have no credit cards b/c of my BK and it's very liberating.....a pain in the arse at times, but if I don't have the funds, I can't buy it.
I think as humans we need some spirituality in our life. I don't care if you pray to a rock, but sometimes sheer faith gets me through the day.....we all need to believe in something....

Dottie - sorry you are so tired - and MORE of the same again today ? I am taking it easy today - I am not working, have no plans to go out - just am going to stay in, do the decorations and bake cookies ! I ironed last night for nearly three hours so am caught up on that .... and yesterday evening was thinking about maybe not taking my AB today - trying to tell myself that I can moderate - well, guess what? I have just taken the darn thing !! And SO happy with myself that I have.

MB - I loved Call the Midwives when it was on - I hate when things like that finish but I suppose it is better than it just keep going on and on - in UK, they often do a series for just a few seasons and then stop it even though it is still really popular..... Enjoy the football today - WAY rather you than me - LOL I would rather stick pins in my eyes!

Lizanne - thank you for explaining your AL saga - gosh, pancreatitis is really painful from what I have heard .... and I suppose I started drinking regularly about 10 years ago - not that I didn't drink before - unlike you, but it wasn't something that was a problem - didn't become daily until about 10 years ago I suppose - and even then I was drinking 2 cans a night for ages - that to me was a problem ! I agree why do we do it when we feel so good without - but this time is the first time I have actually felt good when I stopped for some reason. I stopped with Topa for 8 months and felt so down - could have been the Topa though - but the day that I actually had a drink - and started again - I felt 'right' again! This time it is different and I am feeling so good when I do not drink!

Pauly - so sorry about your cramps - thank goodness I do not deal with those any more ! I used to take a calcium magnesium supplement (has to be both together) and was actually caught out one month as I was so well!

Dottie - you said about slowing down and taking time for you - it made me smile - I take time for me when I go to the gym !! I cannot stand anyone touching my nails so can't do mani/pedi route.....

K9 - glad that you got your course sorted - don't you hate when those things take such a short time and are supposed to take ages ?

Pauly - you have to just use the vape now - you cannot buy any more real cigs - the vape really does work - I cannot believe that I stopped and it was so easy - just stick with the vape and do not buy cigs !!

Morning all,
Raining like crazy again today....what a mess and the dogs wont go out to pee....
sun I am bone tired and my eyes are bloodshot....good grief look like I have been on a bender.....tomorrow we are going to a train show but no need to get up early....Monday the gym and Tuesday I sleep........
Next week is not nearly as bad..no clue why this week was so nuts but it is almost over..WooHoo
I love a pedi...massage my feet and it feels so good...once I get over the ticklish thing....
Kradle I am so glad you guy is home.....enjoy...

Dottie - I LOVE having my feet massaged but cannot bear anyone to touch my nails - on hands or feet!! If I could just find someone to massage my feet I would be in heaven ... sorry that you feel and that you feel you look, so tired ! Can't you get out of whatever you are doing today?

Hi everyone. Back from grocery shopping then put Christmas lights in bushes, swept the floors, and cleaned the kitchen, Ohm and made a green bean casserole for the party.
Sun- just cheer for the Florida State Seminoles....that's all I need!!
