satzy ..meal ????wot meal :applouse: hey you will be fine ....as long as they realise that you arent there as their joey and you might not be staying the distance...even if you do intend to stay till the end ..make sure about half an hour before you tell them that you are ready for the offski..that gives half an hour for the "did I tell you that you are my best mate etc " stories..Im doing the same on xmas day..but strangely enough they are used to me .."right Im bored now" etc

Evening army no party for me tonight either just back from visiting a neighbour had a nice chat and she was having a few glasses of wine she was respectful of me not drinking and didn't push it she never really does but she knows of my relapses. Anyway just to have a glass of fizzy orange and I didn't feel the need to drink so far so good plus i'm taking the ab so great deterant. I can't afford to be complacent as the cravings can attack at any time so to stick to my plan. I had some dark mint chocolate after dinner so bit full now and my neighbour gave me a box of maltesers so no tonight but who knows how long they will when I do open them. Hot water bottle for me shotly and may be read a bit. Hey Mick good to see Jc Roxy and any one still about. I'll be around for another hour or so.:heartbeat:
