He only works 3 days and I am WFH
Going for my Reiki treatment in a house nearby at 1.30 - so I expect my energies unblocked & my spirits lifted after that

Evening army very windy and blustery here. I've ben bad on the chocolate since the weekend but none today. Still half a large bar and a half of dark chocolate left but i'll try and stick to fruit this evening. Clothes around the waist are getting a bit tight and I can't afford to start buying bigger sizes so got to have some discipline with the sugar as well. Not easy early in sobriety. How was the reiki Satz?

Do you remember that lad I was telling you about.............been homeless, in a hostel etc etc and just got the keys to his own flat...............he must have had the flat all of a fortnight..........he's on the run from the police for burglary :egad:

Ahh that's a shame Jackie and he had a chance to move on but I guess the old temptations came back to him or getting back in with the old gang after coming out of prison. ##some people are just serial offenders may be one day he'll get it together.
