Well, it took me long enough to get back here! Not sure if you remember me - Wagoneer. I am still sober - will be 2 years in Feb. And it is because of this place. Hi Waggy yes I remember you and welcome. Well done on almost 2 years sober that's great. Would love to try either of those therapies Satz if the funds will allow I need a lift as well not so much low mood but tiredness and not movitavion to get up and go more. May be its a winter the cold puts me off going out some days and waiting on buses which sometimes are delayed or don't come on time seems to happen coming up to Christmas.:egad:

Satz, I have both types of treatments and I'm not a big sage stick waver...however....(it bloody felt like something shifted)....the family took great delight in showing me this - it take a while to buffer though...
