Been a busy bee today.
Was off work - oh JOY !!!!!:rara:
Gym at 7am
Hair at 10
Nails at 2

So I'm all set for er......... em .......
the funeral I have to go to tomorrow

Evening army good news Mrs A on the blood work. All primped and ready for the weekend Satz my nails and hair need doing so i'm going to give myself a home manicure tonight and see about an appointment for my hair within the next 2 weeks. Been feeling very tired the past 2 weeks and I know ab causes drowsiness tho taking it at night doesn't help much I still wake up at 5 6 am and rerady for more sleep by 7 8 which I am trying not to give in to. I take 7 seas vitb complex or similar nearly all year round but I think may be a stronger dose may be needed. Hav a gp app. tomorrow so I will mention this and see if she can suggest something. Always seems worse during the winter.

Evening...........to the manicured, fit, hair coiffured, ear bunged, tidy & clean, tired & zorsted, un-hungry, healthy blooded and doctor going..........and I feel a bit off colour.

Evening Jc. Last time I had to get both ears syringed for wax build up so much came out you could have made a small candle from it lol. Was a few years ago and lucky it doesn't happen too much but I had it done a few times. Not painful but uncomfortable.

Can you imagine if the receptionist gave you some wicks and scented oils so you could take it home to make candles.

mine hurt, felt like my eardrum was going to burst.

i take double dose b complex, have done for a while, since i started getting nerve problems.

Evening Roxy yeah taking a double dose may help I just take 1 in the morning with other meds but i'll see what the gp says. I also take an anti depressant 20 mg but i'm going to ask for that to increase to 30 as i'm too up and down mood wise lately. Just for a few months and may be go back to 20mg.

vit b is water soluble, you piss out any your body cant use. turns it luminous haha.

Lol Roxy I thought that was vit c but as long as I get what need from the vitamin its fine let the rest go down the loo lol.:victorious:

I'm just tired.........got a paid day at the addiction place tomorrow.
Just been to M&S, Tesco, Asda and Matalan...........isn't on-line shopping wunnerful. As the MIL can't get out of the house I said I'd get a couple of things for her to give as pressies.

Morning all! weather looks and sounds vile here. Got a day off but have to use it to take himself to the hospital 15 miles away to see the lung consultant. I'd rather be at work. Car acting up, my brilliant mechanic friend thinks its got a stuck thermostat but the lack of oil (am hopeless at remembering such things) probably hasn't helped, he had to put 1.5 litres in it

No news on job front until next week, the interview was one of those where they can score whatever they want and make it look ok - the kind of questions with no definitive answers though there was a test which I've heard will count for 50% of marks. It wasn't at all difficult so I probably got it absolutely wrong.

Could very happily go back to bed until about 11 ...

Morning Army and once again good luck with the job Spider. Have Dr's appointment for 9.20 just routine to renew meds. Aldi for food shopping after plus Post office and credit union more bills to be paid. Very cold and a bit windy here again. Have a terrific Thursday catch you all later.:love:
