    Three hundred days

    sl....well done 300 today..pretty good huh?

    I recall your post one day....
    give up drinking..me no way,
    Im not very strong,not very tough,
    and tend to give in when things are rough,

    and now look at you, 300 down the line,
    running for fun and enjoying your time,
    dealing with things in a level headed way,
    so goodbye to that life as a secret plonkie

    Now all I can do is wish with good cheer...
    you have a great Chrimbo and an af next year
    af since the fourth of July 2012...howzat then America..now proudly marching into year 12

        Hey Scottish Lass! 300 days is incrdible!!! I am so very proud of you!
        You and I took the scenic route on this journey but we finally get it!! Things are so much better THIS way! Keep up the great job and I cant wait til you hit one year! I will bake you a cake!! :three:

            Bryd - after seeing pictures, I am so looking forward to my cake!! Scenic route it was indeed - but we arrived and that is what counts

                I'm proud of you SL.
                No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.

                    Only 65 days to an even bigger achievement, which you will reach. Congrats!
                    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
