Late drop in here.
Had a fun day in sis's house. Lots of laughs eventually.
Got a kinda 'gum' on me for a drink .:egad: - when I was kinda bored at one stage and felt trapped with hours it seemed ahead of us.
But we started to play charades/pub quiz and we almost cried laughing at the antics and it passed.
Weird though - I suppose I was just tired- I had chocolate & recovered.

Anyhoo glad ye all had a good day :hug: - jammies & crappy film day tomorrow for sure.

Not racing tomorrow-apparently 'the card' is bad -( Mr S )
So SUnday looks like good weather - so will get dressed up & go then instead.

I've that empty hungriness that comes with overeating and then stuffing yourself some more. Fruit on the menu chez Dreamy today. Sounds as if everybody survived and enjoyed - nice! Have a lovely, lazy day!

Good morning what a lovely picture Dreamy. Lovely Christmas day which started off with a very muddy race at 9 with my Norwegian Norwegian daughter. We are off to repeat the same today. Talk about one addiction replacing the other but at least it is healthy and keeps my body healthy.
Hope everyone has a great day although for some people the memories of that awful Tsunami 10 years ago today will be so painful

St Stephen's Day in this part of the world.

But for adults it's veg , eat chocolate and watch movies in your new Christmas jammies.

Neighbour came round with a basket of Christmas dinner, how lovely of her. Had brandy butter with it. Her gift was chocolate liquors.

Brother and sister called so I felt thought of so that was also lovely.

Morning army. Well I had a lovely sober xmas day with family. Lovely dinner and dessert and too much chocolate after. I did feel a bit bored towards the evening when we called to my others sister house for drinks and to say hello to other nieces nephews and grand kids. No strong desire to drink but just the boredom of watching and not joining in but I was happy enough with 7up light. Got a lift home with my oldest sister and hubby so got at home at 7.30 out of the cold as it a bitter cold day and evening. Just called to a neighbour later they had wine and I soft drink and more choc sweets gosh I had so much chocolate and a few mince pies this month it will have to suger free or junk free January lol. Going to my oldest sister in Bray today for dinner at 3pm. Just 2 bro in laws will be there Oldest one has al problem and may not show up but my sister hubby and the younger brother are mot big drinkers so will be a challenge today. Heavy rain is forecast for later. Well done Roxy on almost 8 months and for getting tru yesterday. Was good you had some visitors. Have a good ST Stephan's day/Boxing day what every our plans.
