Interesting talk on the tele here about 'changing' things --- rather than diet or 'giving up' (I don't include booze or cigarettes in this --- not for me anyway -- THEY had to be 'given up' --- no brainer) be it salt, sugar, being lazy ---- whatever ---- for it to work you HAVE to take it baby steps --- the mad NO MORE won't work long-term ---- and for instance --- if you have a biscuit with every cup of coffee - only have one with every second cup of coffee --- then maybe cut out the coffee that doesn't have the biccie -- then only every 2nd cuppa again ---- that sort of thing --- life style changes and ONE at a time --- try and change your life in one fell swoop --- we're screwed --- and I KNOW I've heard all this before -- just maybe today I needed to hear it ---

This I believe is how I went AF.
I had to ease my way into it - step by step.

Morning army cold and windy this morning but sunny and dry. Nice fashion posted this morning hairy gillet and spikey jewellery. I had a drinking dream last night that I was drinking wine again felt so real till I woke up. Those dreams can be scary took a while to wake up and I realise it was all a dream lol.:egad: Thanks for the coffee jc need some breakfast now before I head to pay some bills and think i'll go to Dun Laoghaire after. I still never got to visit our state of the art library so today I will go. Think the coffee shop is open there. Be back later.

Just popped in to say I was finished writing up all the note for the NVQ................surely to goodness this must be the end.............any way read Shambles post............that really gladdened my heart and put a big smile on my face...........fair dues.
