          Hi Everyone, I'm Shambles70. After a month of admitting to myself that 25 years of solid drinking wasn't normal (I'm 44) and that it was me that had a problem, and not those around me who thought my drinking was excessive and worrying, I went on the biggest binge in my life, culminating in an A&E admission last Sunday.

                Cheers satz...yeah, still getting F2F. I am currently being transferred from the acute team to the post-acute team, who will do the longer term support. Reminded me, I must call them tomorrow and write a thank you letter to the acute team.

                              JC, why only half the people getting a pay rise? What's the criteria?

                              Kit hen cleaned. Chillies I've kept for seeds chucked. Baby potatoes kept in a dark tin to keep them from sprouting have done so and made their own babies; they got chucked as well.

                              I'm porcastrinatrioning, in case you were wondering.

                              Floor not clean yet - that'll have have to wait till a feel another twinge of the hard word coming on.

                              Off to do some meaningful things on a Sunday - laters!
