Gym kicked both our butts today. I need to do the treddie later. I peeked at our file today and I weight 30 pounds more than dh....well that bummed me out for sure. Dam how did that happen.....I guess I let it go over the holidays. Instead of drinking my way through like I have done in the past I ate my way through and it showed up on the scale....BOOHISS!!!!!
Hate winter???? What makes u all think I HATE winter...;-))

So bought Lucy anti itch shampoo and of all things fish oil. I'm off tomorrow unexpectly and will bath her tomorrow as it is raining here today.
My son is coming into work Wednesday for a gastroscopy. He has issues with food getting stuck. I am anxious to say the least, but I will keep it together for my boy. Always something right?

Liz - I had that problem and had that test done. Everything was fine. He gave me a RX for Omeprazole and I am fine if I take that. :heartbeat:

I was researching anxiety and a squillion sites say meditation is a sure fire cure. I am open....any suggestions????

Yes.... My food was getting stuck and then I would vomit. Yuck. Painful and scary. But the med takes care of it.

home and about to flop after spending 2 hours retrieving Office on my computer. My oldest accessed some site a few month back and it was loaded with viruses. He did a sweep and found today when he was doing homework that Office has disappeared. Of course, it then became my problem....grrrrrr

mama that is why I dont let dh play with my computer.....he has his own to mess up.
I am tired tonight. Did 50 minutes on the treddie.
I made a crock pot of soup yesterday so we are eating that tonight too. I love the crock pot...so easy to clean up and just dump it all in and turn it on..my kind of cooking.
