So croque Monsieur is kind of like a monte cristo sandwich but a French version. We made the Mac and cheese version. To die for. Mark ate it all the time in Paris.
So my coworker ann called in sick for tomorrow, which means I need to be at work at 6:30! I actually cried when I got the message. Ok she called in sick for a few days early November, she took two weeks off around thanksgiving to visit her sick dad in Costa Rica, then she called in sick for another three days before Christmas. She was on vacation since New Year's Eve because her daughter in law just had a baby. And now she's calling in sick again. There is sooo much work to catch up on, I thought we would be working together tomorrow and now it's just me. Plus it's gonna be super busy all day. Is it me? Thanks for letting me vent. Just wondering if maybe it's me?

Good morning everyone!
Yesterday was a holiday for me...I take it nobody else had the day off? OMG Mama, The Rabbit...you wild woman! That gave me quite a laugh this morning!! Short week for me, since Friday is my regular Friday scheduled off :congratulatory:
Another successful garage sale finished. Made a few more bucks and got rid of lots of stuff. Things are starting to clear out. So I'm starting to feel bad about calling my friend Limpy, his name is Clark We spent all weekend together and I really had fun, we went grocery shopping then we made dinner last night and we have food in the crockpot for tonight, we watch movies and snuggle. No checkers, but I will confess, at 4:00am this morning I got a "rise" out of him, but we were too tired to finish the game. LOL. So there is HOPE. HAHAHA If not, I'm getting a Rabbit. LOL I did tell him yesterday that we need to kick up the action...so we'll see what happens. And we DID NOT drink at all...so I'm happy about that too.
Mama - I'm glad Nana is up and about, that should help her recover quicker. It would be scary if she were unwilling to try and just give up. So hopefully she is on the mend...
Lizz - Sorry about your work schedule, that sucks when you can't depend on people!!

We had pretend checkers last night..TMI to explain...
Made myself a super juice this morning. Used a beet and looked someone was murdered on the counter....but it tasted good.
Dance lesson later so that is all the excitement for today.
