    Hola friends.

    It's monday morning and another trif day and week ahead. Doing a job i enjoy today and tomorrow, then making music for the rest of the week. I'd best line up november to have off wit my boss today. Looks like India or the america's at this point for 4 weeks. I'll have albums ready to take and guitar over my shoulder. Anything can happen.

      Isn’t it great when we love what we do G-man! I can’t imagine waking up every morning dreading work!
      Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
      Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
      Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

        It sure is AB. I suppose we are lucky.

        Top of the morning pilgrims near and not so far. In work today i am he is. Rainy and cool here. Currently 9c, with a high today of 15c and cloudy/rainy patches. Rest of week i'll be making music doing what i love. Suppose i should work on finding a wife too. Take it easy out there.

              Great to wake up sober. That dont git old. Not so cold today, some blue sky around. Sadhana done. Daily practice of some kind of self care can reverse our default negative thought patterns. The Yogi's have been saying this for thousands of years, and western science backs it up.

                Hello Mr. G,

                Yes, the best mornings are waking up sober and for me some running or stretching and fitness early to start a fantastic goal oriented day. Just curious where I might get some of your music?
                2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

                    From the northern G to the southern one - I'm so glad to see you regaining your quintessential je ne sais quoi.

                    More importantly, we are all SO proud that you haven't let recent disappointments derail your quest to be the best G that you can be.

                    I'm not ashamed to admit I check here each day to see your status and each positive one gives me an extra pep in my step.

                      All good on this sunday morning at the beach pad. I'm out the door to the gym, run on beach, then a dip into the freezing bay at 9 a.m. Off to see me mum, then band rehearsal. A top day ahead no matter what happens. Nothing can touch me as i emerge ablaze, i say a'firin' from the starting block. You feel me homes?
