    A long time Ms Starty! not sure. I know it used to be around 5 minutes per kilometre when I ran laps on a 1k long beach with a big clock above the surf club once upon a time, and I was running sloooow, just cruising, which is pretty much how I run these days too. I let the run come to me, as my friends the Kenyan's say. But I throw in a few sprints now and then to kick my ass. Congrats on 14 days. Huge!

      I have a personal training session tonight which I hope will be the first of a few more.

                Stands to reason with that treadmill technique. And maybe you should give the breakdancing a rest for a couple of hours.

                A hot bath and some gentle stretching should help.

                        Recorded a fab singer/songwriter yesterday. Just mixing some tracks and sending them off. Turned out pretty good. What better way to spend an evening eh?
