Spirit. I am a musician,and have been from an early age. A few folk seem to enjoy what i do, and so do i so i keep doing it. My purpose is a simple one. Just to be the best that i can be with the tools i have been given. To use those tools and develop them. Share and connect with others.

Well G -what a great and perfect answer. In summary, it sounds like you do something very well that others enjoy and is probably helpful to them in some ways. Furthermore, it sounds as if you enjoy doing what you do and you continue to try and get better at doing so. This is great food for thought for me. I am in the demolition industry and it usually feels like a very thankless work effort. However, if I try and look at it from a positive standpoint, it does/has provided a great living for me and my family and has allowed me to pursue some things that I truly do love (other than flying my drone -lol). For instance, next week I am headed to Nashville TN where a singer is going to formally record/produce a song that I wrote several years ago. So yea, maybe there is not always a 'direct' tie to what we do on a daily basis that helps each of us find a purpose.

I still like your plan -"Keep it Simple and Love What You DO" -or at least this is my interpretation.

G, if you did that 45 minute yoga core class then I hope that your abs are screaming with pain today!!! I did days one and two (in fact I've repeated them several times) and that's enough for me!!!

No, i didn't do the 45 min yoga session. I just do some basic yoga e.g. sun salutation and some back/spine stretching. I do daily sit-ups anyway, so the core get's a workout. Still searching for lower back de-stiffening exercises. The yoga ones i do feel ok. I'll keep on with them. My lounge chair probably needs to go, or a visit to a back specialist/google to recommend some sort of cushion maybe. No big drama at this stage. Wishing you the best outcome with the interview!

First Electronic music class tonight. I'm looking to get educated on some newer music software and technology.

Great to be sober. It really is powerful stuff. In fact, the power is out of this world and has no limits. Seems like a magic, but just one of them natural laws i think. When you do something good for yourself, and your intention is true and from your heart, doors might still slam in yer face, but many more do open. :sensational:
