    Re: G man the comeback!

Top of the morning evabody. Looky here....Why it's Day 53!

What's on today you ask? A morning workout, then a morning music session with some folk, then lunch, then arranging some guitar tracks and sending them off for a polish. Wild and windy, mild temps here. Hope i don't lose another bloody toupe. Yo!

      Day 54!

Top of the saturday morning pilgrim. In work today, so better git cracking.

Throwing some plants into a container for lunch. 3 i say 3 guitar albums on the boil here. 1 already sent off, 2 need an extra tune each, then they are done. E.T.A. before xmas. Now i feel better. This sure is a frenzied effort by most standards, but about time i got my lazy arse into gear. The words satisfaction, achievement, self respect, and identity come to mind.

      Go git it!

Good morning from the celebrated and esteemed world famous beach pad.

Mid working week here. A ripper gig last night. This always enriches my soul. Some cute ladies about. Might find myself a wife at this rate. Learning to chill a bit and engage in some chit chat not just rush out the door home after a gig, lol. I'm getting ok at it. Slowly.....Having an exit plan i.e. my own transport out of there is a strong comfort if i'm anxious. Socialising with strangers especially in a gig context actually ain't that scary.

          Jumpin jalapeno's, it's day 56!

          Go git it!

Holy squabblin' squirrels, it's day 57!

Last day of work before some time orf. I see making some new guitar tracks in my stars this week, among many other delights. Life may not be everything i'd like it to be right now, but it's still pretty damn good. Living it sober is the lifestyle choice that tips it over into the realms of anything is possible and no limits.

            Go git it pilgrim!

58 days and counting. Next stop 60, then to 100. The hundred club beckons and is my target.

The sun is shining gently here this wednesday morning. I have a few days of me time ahead. Some running outdoors, pump a little iron, a few rounds on the bag and some geetarin's on the cards.

              Jones. How are ya?

                Re: G man the comeback!

                Good thursday morning pilgrims,

Crying catholic confidantes! it's Day 59! Some music albums finished. This makes me happy. Finally some new music for the world. It doesn't matter now where it ends up or who hears it. It just matters that it is done and released out into the universe. Who knows what the reaction will be. That's the exciting part. The unknown.

Lunch with some old mates, then a dinner with some new folks. The dinner venue is a bewdy though. Overlooking the bay. I will encourage others to talk about themselves so i don't end up waffling too much. I still eat fish, so maybe a grilled critter with salad or veggies, or a vegetarian option.

                Let's git it.

                    Coo-ee Mr G.
                    Day 9 here.
Having some thinks about dietary management of cravings. Toying with the idea of whacking the protein up the stick a bit as I seem to remember this helping last time. Lowering myself to stealing sugar products from the work kitchen and other people's offices at present. May present security related embarrassment.
You will remember how I feel re: exercise. However have daylight saving and dog which is suggestive of evening walk. Will advise of progress.
Good to see day count rising in your world. Most impressed with musical release your end.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Hiya Jonesy. Thanks. Walking the dog is tops. Breathing and moving! Congrat's on day 10 today? Def look into nutrition and what ur eating when u can. What did that fella Hippocrates say? 'Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food'. He also said - 'and shake yer ass pilgrim' Hope your weekend is a ripper.

Lawdy lawdy mumma. Catapulting cardinals! It's day 60! I was craving a beer yesterday after lunching with mates on my drive home. It occurred to me it was emanating from my taste buds. So i thought if i eat something e.g. nuts or something not sweet, it'll be gone. Anyway, physical craving went before i got home. It was interesting. I could've caved in on a physical signal from my tastebuds, but glad i didn't. I'm starting to enjoy this AF day tally.

A music session this morning then an easy run i reckon. The arvo will include tidying up some new music.

Did i say how chuffed i am seeing Glassy and Jonesy dropping in?

                      Take it easy out there.

Hiya Pauly! Thanks mi amiga. Hope your weekend is a relaxing and peaceful one. Or maybe a hike out in nature somewhere or some skydiving? I must do that! There's a joint down the road that has regular jumps for around $380. I see 'em parachuting down to the beach often and wonder what it'd feel like. I wonder if it's one of those lifechanging events? :egad:

Top of the saturday morning pilgrims. Cool and sunny here. Speaking of lifechange (hello raaaawkstar!), this is what i'm doing. Taking action by getting off my lazy arse and organising my recorded music into some sort of acceptable shape for public listening. Maintaining a booze free lifestyle to enable this to happen. And it is. Right on! Keeping life simple and stress free where i have control. Well, I can control how i respond to life.

                          Day 61. Let's git it!

Huge congrats on the sixty days, G! Well done. Skydiving, eh? thought about it myself, but thinking I might be too old, don't want to wreck the knees on landing, lol!. My son just did it, said he enjoyed it much more than he thought he would, lol! Have a rippa!

Thanks Mr V. I've watched a few parachute landings in the park near me. It doesn't look too brutal on the legs/knees. Depends on the wind and skill of the instructor you're with i suppose.

Day 63. In work. Remembrance day 11/11/18. I'm not a fan of war, but i remember and think of those who lost their lives. Lest we forget.
