Come one, come all.............no rules super sober Sunday Jan 18th 2015

I'd like to see a show of hands here from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time.
Another absolutely wonderful turn out last week, proud of you all :heartbeat:

You don't have to count ( I do but that's because I've got a bit of obsession with numbers) just be HAPPY that you are sober today.

Just give yourself a pat on the back for doing your best.............. and

SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD AND STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER .

So don't be shy and give it a try...........

For me its 2022 days or 5 years, 6 months, 12 days including the end date.................to be continued :congratulatory:
It could be worse, I could be filing.

25 days for me...and off swimming in a bit: this feeling of contenment and being free from anxiety is still such a novelty for me!
For those just starting out or thinking about starting out (as opposed to 'quitting'), I can tell you that the view from the other side is amazing! Strive for progress, not perfection!

35 days... a new record! I haven't done this since I started drinking 40 years ago, with the exception of pregnancies. No looking back now. I've never been happier!
You had the power all along, my dear.
