Army, it's a new week

Just read this and point taken. I do want to apologise for not posting but I find it hard to get stuff/feelings down on the internet plus I seem to have no time to spend on the computer as my life is so busy. I am extremely grateful for the support I received here and particularly from the Army. Love you all!! (And sorry for disappearing)

Ah Ms A - you are missed here and your quiet introspection ... but if you don't feel it's right for you ......
The Army is in danger of fading away altogether ...... maybe it has run it's course.
...... but it's up to each person themselves if they feel the need to keep in touch.
I for one will always be on the lookout for anyone struggling as this place saved me and I want to give back if I can in some small way.
I also learn a lot - e.g. No Sugar - that I forgot to mention earlier - who is a mine of information regarding nutrition and much more.

One of the key workers.............she's leaving though the end of next week........honestly they are sooooooooooooooo cute and weigh about as much as candy floss.
The bloke holding them is another of the key workers...........he's ex-service, ex-prison officer and champion kick-boxer and he was like putty with the puppies.

Evening army all is well here and i'm still sober. The reason I was awol is because my I probs with my laptop. It turned out it was just the charger but I wasn't covered under garentee for a new one as it doesn't include accesories. It turned my sister had a spare one which fitted my laptop so it i'm using this until I can buy a new one. The cheapest is almost 40e which I couldn't afford this week as I had bought a Bluetooth speaker. Anyway i'll read back and post as usual tomorrow. So glad to be back I missed you all. xxxx

Hello Dreamy and all you good army folk.
Not a lot has been happening in the Raggsy household.
Have been giving the kitchen courtyard a bit of a makeover in between the rain.
Have planted a small herb garden and have a couple of passionfruit vines to plant later.
Bought a new phone (Galaxy 3) and laptop (A lovely little ASUS) the other day
and will give the old phone and computer to a nun friend who is returning soon to Sri Lanka.
STILL haven't got off my bum to go to the gym, but have a bit of an excuse..
My left foot has been giving me gyp for a while so I have had a CT scan, ultra sound and xray to see what is wrong.
Going to doctor tomorrow for results.
Meanwhile tonight at training, I get to try my hand at driving the big fire tanker (same as in the pic ) in preparation for the driving course in March.

Got an sms late last night... a friend who had just moved up to Queensland died last night, so not the happiest day to-day.

That courtyard is looking so nice, Ragstar, and much impressed by the big thing you'll be driving. And more so by the work you're doing with the fire truck.

Shopped out yesterday - actually got most of what was on the mental list, and, even better, not a lot of random things that
weren't.
