Worked for me Shams in the early days. Took the 'will I' 'won't I' out of the equation.
I read up on it and I was terrified to even think about having a drink.
I chose my battles & took a tablet if I thought the pressure to drink would be too much.
Needed it less & less as I went on.
Foxy is having great success too with it.
Short term use only - otherwise unless we learn and appreciate being sober - what's the point ?
