Come one, come all.............no rules super sober Sunday Jan 25th 2015

I'd like to see a show of hands here from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time.
Another excellent turn out last week..........:congratulatory:

You don't have to count ( I do but that's because I've got a bit of obsession with numbers) just be HAPPY that you are sober today.

Just give yourself a pat on the back for doing your best.............. and

SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD AND STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER .

So don't be shy and give it a try...........

For me (still amazesme) its 2029 days from the start date or 5 years, 6 months, 19 days including the end date...................to be continued.:congratulatory:
It could be worse, I could be filing.

If one of you is left-handed and one right-handed, I completely understand!

Hey, Pie - pretty cool number tomorrow!

              Onward and upward!

                          It is 581 days - amazing !
Had a bottle of red wine in my hand today moving it from one place to another.
I made a point of looking at it & examined how I felt - as in would I like to drink it ?
I answer came back 'no'- I felt nothing
                          :yay:

Saltz, I'm the same way. Others around me are having wine with a nice meal, but I really don't want any. I know with certainty that having one glass will over time lead me down the path to excess drinking. The route is all too familiar, I know what's at the end. I just stay on the AF path.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
