The old tum seems to have settled down with the Campral...I've had a bit of minor heartburn, but nothing a couple of Rennies won't sort out..you'll all be deflated to know that I haven't spent the day letting rip with Bronx cheers and will have to come up with another focus for your humour
Was doing some reading on them last night...nearly all reviews were positive, and a lot said they started working almost instantly. I got to about 4 this afternoon and realised I hadn't thought about alcohol all day. I don't know that I could chalk that up to placebo.

Evening all just back on to say good night. Internet has been on and off all day with the bad weather. Haven't been to a cinema in ages. Good news bout the campral Sham if it works well and good. Just listening to a talk show on the radio its Niall Boylan on 4 fm google box after that then bed. On the morrow.

Morning army brr freezing here again and its raining so thanks for the coffee JC. I don't have regular hours for bed or getting up either unless I have to. Sometimes I stay up late watching the tv or reading too. Have to go out later I need food shopping and have to pay some bills and see if the credit union will give me a loan. House is a mess too so house work later and over the weekend. Not in the mood for going out today.:bricks:
