Hello Army, I was on here a few years ago and wondered if I could nestle in again. I am under a different name and hope you don't mind. Want to start afresh. I'm in the UK so same time zone. I'm at the very beginning (again!) but in a different place too. I don't drink every day, far from it, but I reckon sober would be better than the odd binge. Bloody bugger this thing! You folks were very kind to me in the past :-)

I don't have much to do today thankfully ---- Adam may make an appearance -- and Jilly keeps skyping me to show me her new blonde head (she's naturally brown/black) so may get half an hour of talking to the hair ;-) other than that --- nice rib roast on the bone --- got it half price yesterday and it looks fabulous ---- that's it.....
Mr S came back with same yesterday.
Not blond hair - Rib roast.
Tell me how to cook it molls ?

What number in oven ?
Do you cover it ?
I think that was always my mistake - used to just kinda stew.
Having roast pork with crackling today - cauliflower & buttered cabbage.
Roast spuds finished in meat juices
