I'll be around most of the night so if you get bored I'll be here hi TT,been missing you on the abs thread I haven't decided if I'm gonna go the antidepressants route yet,I'm trying herbal supps first, so far so good but if things aren't improving at least I know I can start them

Dots, I had that last week, my neighbour took me to ER, but there is a serious shortage of drs here, so after my diagnosis I was released. Not sure what to do now. They wanted to monitor me but no beds.

Hi Skendall Mama, glad Zen is doing good, I miss that crazy lady haha,I miss Kradle too, she's been part of our little family forever and when I first joined MWO, she was always so supportive Lucky cat is a trooper for sure, maybe he just had a kidney stone or something? I dunno much about cats but it's amazing that just a week ago he was in such bad shape, btw,your "Katy Perry" cracked me up haha

skendall that is terrible. Hubbs brought me to the ER and we were taken back right away. they gave me some IV meds that got me back into regular rhythm. They are going to do an echo chardiogram tomorrow and give me a prescription for Xarelto which is an anticoaguant. I hate taking meds.....and yes had this last year. I dont want to take meds for something that only happend once a year...boohiss.
Food washt half bad. This is a new hospital and Igot to order off a mini menu.

Hospital food has gotten pretty good Dots,when Kell had Louie I was eating her food haha, that Xarelto stuff is kinda scary I keep seeing those lawsuit commercials for it,but I guess if you need it,you haven't a choice

Rusty, great advice, I will be using it. I did tell them I am on an online al support group. They are skeptical and are pushing for AA or such. I guess I just need to rebuild trust. I think you're right, perhaps I need to distance myself a bit from them. Thank you.
Pauly hubby has his moments but honestly him and the kids are not up my butt at all. It's my sisters that are. I'm glad it's evening. Hubby and I are in the family room cuddling with Lucy getting ready to watch jeopardy. Well, actually hubby and Lucy are snoring away. Happily quiet and the harassment is finished for the day.

SK, do you perhaps not live in the US? Could you visit a cardiologist now? Did they give you meds to regulate?

Liz hubbs was here most of the day. He went home to feed and tend to the dogs. He will be back in the morning. Hopefully the one test then I can go home.
pauly yep there have been lawsuits but the other typical drug made my hair fall out so I am hoping this is a short term thing.
mama Iam ok for now. Just want to go home and hug my fur babies.
This was very scary and the worst part is they have NO clue what caused it....dang....

Hi Lizz - in answer to your question, I am in the U.S. - WA state. I live about 2 hrs from Seattle and locally so many people signed up for Obamacare last year there is a dr shortage. I'm actually pretty shocked. You can see a specialist quickly, but not a GP.

It was my 1st experience with AFIB, so I'm not rushing to get meds. It just seemed to be a lot of issues that had piled up and me walking my dog very fast uphill. The neighbour was a nurse herself and said my face looked grey and the triage nurse at the ER agreed, but I bounced back pretty well.
