Skendall-how scary that you had the same experience! :-( So glad you are hear with us...please pop in again soon. :-)
Nora-are you doing any better? Why are you sad?
Liz-I am glad you are having a relaxing evening with your husband. Is there a Women for Sobriety chapter near you? The tenets of WFS are similar to AA and may provide a more supportive environment for you. They hold meetings just like AA but obviously, are only for women. I have never attended a WFS meeting but a friend of mine did and really enjoyed the meeting. What kept me motivated to continue my sober journey was changing my daily routine...replacing drinking after work with exercise, and then making a list of what I accomplished each day that I did not drink. I found that I was proud of my productivity. I rewarded myself with a pedicure or a long soak in the fitness center hot tub.
Pauly-how did you feel today? Was your anxiety any better? Good luck with the herbs.
Mama-I am glad you are in contact with Zen. Please give her my best. Do you ever hear from Ruby Willow, MB? I used to love reading her posts...she was so sweet to me.
I have to be up at 3:45 AM tomorrow so I am off to bed. Long day tomorrow and then dinner with my family...so probably will not be posting but I will be reading. :-)
