          My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

            Wow impressive I too remember Rahul struggling and was not aware you had gone AF long term. A massive achievement.
            I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

            Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

              One year. That's a great achievement. I too remember your struggles. You have shown us the way it's done. Congratulations friend.:congratulatory:
              No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.
