How is the wedding outfit coming along?
Wedding togs go into production this week - I'm feeling a bit panicky after having a dream last night where somebody asked why I had come in my jarmies :-)Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Raggsie, I'm sorry your feeling a bit neglected, love. I don't have a lot of time to be on MWO anymore and I also found that being here all the time just lead to drinking thinking. So I had to step away a little, that's just me. Not to do with you or anyone else.
We have 1st fitting for wedding togs on Sat, I have a feeling it's going to be a bit big, she's quite a petite little thing. But that's ok, can always go in.
You're all awesome.Formerly Angelcakes, new name, new attitude.

Undies, I have to report Angel is a most fantabulous seamstress!!
I was quite overcome at how she has translated a photo and my measurements into an outfit that is quite perfect :-)
Some bling and a small corsage will mean that I feel less that I'm in jarmies and more like I'm sporting the height of Edwardian Fashion :-) Suggestions all welcome. :- ) I'm thinking Downton Abbey type bling :-)
Angel, Mr B loves his pockets and compliments you on your finishing :-) He says he doesn't need flaps :-)Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

and BTW, I'm sorry that all my posts at the moment are allaboutme.com.
But actually I feel really happy about marrying Mr B; and want to share the love :-)
This is the (only) reading that we are having, and it will be read by 3 of my great nieces and nephews (their parents will probably help :-) :
These are the things I learned (in Kindergarten):
1. Share everything.
2. Play fair.
3. Don't hit people.
4. Put thngs back where you found them.
5. CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS.
6. Don't take things that aren't yours.
7. Say you're SORRY when you HURT somebody.
8. Wash your hands before you eat.
9. Flush.
10. Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
11. Live a balanced life - learn some and drink some and draw some and paint some and sing and dance and play and work everyday some.
12. Take a nap every afternoon.
13. When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands, and stick together.
14. Be aware of wonder. Remember the little seed in the Stryrofoam cup: The roots go down and the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all like that.
15. Goldfish and hamster and white mice and even the little seed in the Styrofoam cup - they all die. So do we.
16. And then remember the Dick-and-Jane books and the first workd you learned - the biggest word of all - LOOK.”
― Robert Fulghum, All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten
And of course we are having lots of 1960s and 1970s hippy music. I've got over the "can't wait for it to be over" stage and am now into the "really looking forward to it" stage :-)Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
