Phew, wiope your brow, make a cuppa and take the weight off yer feet for five.
Over the weekend'I'm going to attampt to convert a long sleeved shit into a short sleeved shirt.
It'll probably take me all weekend to do it.

Give the book a good read,
it makes so much sense, and it can all be backed up by medical research (as opposed to pseudo science).

I've also started a Curves diet plus exercise regime to try to get fit
for both RFS and the coming holiday.
I even have Mr Rags doing some walking after work.
Hope to lose about 8 kilos (or more).

Getting the roofing frameextended to take a couple of extra sheets of alsinite where I've got the plants in that photo.
Going to move the Weber and BBQ there so we have more deck space. (The pizza oven thing died)

Got to move the flagpole too. It's going to go out the front.

Hey friends. I am so very happy to see the green one posting. Now we just need the nurse. I have a terrible time dealing with change but perhaps it's just poor form. So Jones if you're out there, help me out. I am leaving New York on Tuesday with quite a bit of trepidation as my sister is in such a bad state. I have my mom sorted as best I can w/o hijacking her and taking her with. That still may happen. Life is such a mystery with a myriad of challenges and curve balls. I always liken it to sports. You develop a great technique then either time (age) injury, or some other odd aspect of life kicks you right in the ass. It all falls apart. I also call it the vented mandrel paradox. I know that makes absolutely no sense but that is exactly the point. My life is not making sense right now but perhaps that's part of my souls agenda. Love you all gobs!!!
