Blood test.............I was having mine done for something else so I asked the doc while he had all that blood to stick in an hormone test.........I was going through a period of wanting to shout at bus drivers, small children and people who just looked as if they needed shouting at.
Didn't want to take HRT so took a herbally thing called Black Kohosh............worked a treat.

PAWS, yes. thats what im thinking of. does make it easier, and knowing the moods pass. still horrible though to be in it.

i dont know about herbal/hrt after menopause. had thought hrt was to stop the process. will look into black cohosh. i remember ava asking about it a while ago and you jc recommending it then.

already taking vit b, sea kelp, chromium picolinate, magnesium.

It was just one of my cousins had a nightmare when she came off it.............back to square one at 63.

thats what i thought, puts off the inevitable. if people take it to ward off aging good luck to them.
