Morning comrades! Happy Sunday to you all. Got me new iPad out of work, so I'll not be as absent as I have been due to issues trying to post on my not-particularly-smartphone.
I'm a bit late joining the tablet party, this being the first one I've gotten my mitts on...I have to say I'm highly impressed. Downloaded some sketching/painting apps which I'm intending to use in work in art therapy, for kids who find engaging with traditional art materials too overwhelming. Going to write a paper about it I think.
Back on the antidepressants for a few days now...even though I was only off them for a week or so, I have had the same effects as when I first went on them...mild euphoria, slightly out of it, wacky dreams (I had a screaming match with Shane Ritchie in front of a studio audience last night)...molls it's good to hear you're feeling better on them.
Thanks all for the good advice on that one.
I'm sorry I missed the earlier convo about British seaside towns...I agree with roxy about the decline of many of them. There's a surreal, dreamlike sadness attached to some of the ones I am familiar with. Margate for example.
Off to make tea, or maybe coffee. Ooooh. Tesco are doing a chocolate bar filled with peanut butter. It's very very very good.Comment
