morning Dreamy and Shams ---- well you're sounding well upbeat Shamblers --- that's fantastic --- I don't have a tablet - neat little laptop that converts to one alright --- but I do love browsing on my Kindle --- so quick and responsive --- do like a keyboard tho for tomes ;-)
may have spoken too soon bout the anti-d's --- felt very low last night and woke up with the cloud again this morn --- could do with a few old days of euphoria!!!! I'm guessing if you were only off them a week you prolly don't need to wait the 4-6 weeks to see results which is great..... need to shake myself up now and give myself a good old talking to :happy2:

Molls they can take up to 8 weeks is the latest I've read. Prolly to do with the level of Serotonin a person had to begin with ?

Maria's just waking up, went to a party last night...I didn't go...watched some doc on the Japan tsunami and went to bed at 10.30...she is suffering somewhat this morning. I shall resist the urge to play loud improv jazz...:lildevily:

Back on the antidepressants for a few days now...even though I was only off them for a week or so, I have had the same effects as when I first went on them...mild euphoria, slightly out of it, wacky dreams (I had a screaming match with Shane Ritchie in front of a studio audience last night)...molls it's good to hear you're feeling better on them.

Off cemetery visiting again today.My Dad's grave ........with mother,brother & sis
Rounded them up for a morning out ... it's keeps my mother happy that we are still a family unit.
Would never see my brother if I didn't dig him out every now & again.

Was in Glasnevin yesterday - amazing place.
Walked for 8k to get to it and around it & back to my sister's house.
Saw at last where the twins were buried 38 years ago ..... bittersweet ...... not sad at all .... but good to know I suppose.
Thousands & thousands of babies buried in the Angel's plot over the years.
The thing in Ireland in those days was the stillborn babies were taken away & buried. Till recently, we as mothers never knew that the burials were all recorded & a call went out to everyone if they wanted to know -they had the records.
My mother had a boy there too - 50 odd years ago. We could trace that grave too.

molly dont beat yourself up, depression is depression. not ungratefulness or the blues, a bad day or anything to give yourself a talking to for.

prescribing ad's is not easy, if these ones dont work you can try a different one. they all do different things. for example, citalopram works on anxiety (i took it).

satz, its good that you got to know where the twins were buried. it is baffling as to how they thought it was the best for everyone to deny these children.

Morning roxy...can recommend both paper and sketchbook express. Both are free and easy to get your head around. You can get sketchbook for Apple and android I think. Paint was good, it's the one David Hockney uses, but it has bugs in that you can't seem to save and edit pics. Really good fun.

Molls, the living together is going very good thanks...easier I think than we both imagined...both fiercely independent and have lived alone for many years, but we seem to have a good balance. Plus Maria's business contact has gone back to India, so we've got more time now. All in all a good move, despite reservations on both sides due to my recent sobriety.
