Gawd where to start.............Molls is right Sugababe........I'm a great fan of the NHS.....when it works properly it can't be beaten but there's many times these days its letting down good people like our Roxxy. All I can think now Roxxy, love, is to get in touch with the complaint people...............some one needs a kick up the arse somewhere.

Molls, its very interesting when something that's anonymous actually give percentages. Men of women in dark glasses standing outside an AA meeting asking if you're a success or a failure...............if I'm honest I tend to taken statistics with a pinch of salt......................I mean 50% of the living things in my house are female.

And another thing if it kept me sober I'd show my bare bottom in Marks and Spencer window once a week.

Questions are slanted to get the answers you require. Demographics play a part also. I never take surveys /research at face value.

I will defend the nhs for its original principles but it is so enormous it is easy to get swallowed up or slip through cracks like I appear to.

In my experience that is not the case here. Very compartmentalised treatment.

I've done both. I used to have private medical at the Wine Merchant's...........still remember the bill for 'refreshments' £25 for a cup of tea and 2 custard creams that I couldn't eat as the surgeon was running late so Mr JC had them.

Private healthcare costs are outrageous. Husband had it from work. I have the bills from his treatment as we got copies for some reason. Jaw dropping.
