I've been geeking out on brain biochemistry this week - much better to hold on to our new synapses and neurotransmitter levels than to start over again! Actively choosing to be happy is part of all that, too, Molly. It is amazing how we can truly change ourselves!

OOooh, I love brain biochemistry geeking! Ordered CD set "The Enlightened Branin" and another on "Neuroscupting".
Now that the alcohol isn't addling the brain, and I have a few extra bucks that the liquor store isn't getting, I can indulge my geekiness! :happy2:
