i dont know what to think, im bouncing from fury (well, thats a bit strong) to thinking i should listen to the experts, even though they didnt listen to me. there, that sentence shows i cant think straight about it.

its been booked a while.........she's off to see her sister.......remember when the bin lorry went haywire it was about then she booked.

bin lorry? i dont remember that. well, im sure she will have a lovely time. unless she and her sister have a tense relationship. then she might not. but im sure she will.

one thing though, i didnt kneejerk react to drinking thinking as i was sat there. i did think about it on the drive home as in ' this is where i go the shops and buy drink to get pissed' it was just like that. it was like a script had been pushed under my nose. a nudge, 'this is what you do'. but I didnt think it.

went home and ate a packet of jaffa cakes and watched Fortitude.

both really. i still feel like a dry drunk, but maybe this shows im heading away from that.

I remember way back when we had a new garage roof put on (Nov 2009) I hate having workmen here............not the actual workmen.........they're usually canny lads and my stress and anxiety levels were through the roof (not the garage one) it wasn't 'til 2 days after it was finished I realised I got through it sober...............now I know I should have had some jaffa cakes.

making another banana cake a la berry. dont have a 2lb tin so maybe thats where i went wrong last time. i halved the recipe which oddly had no butter in it. this time ive done the full amount and using a pirex dish, will have to watch the timing.
