          Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
          Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
          Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

                    I am another who will be forever grateful for the wisdom....and the straightforward way you have of helping so...so...many of us see how good life is free from addiction. You have saved many lives....including mine. Thank you.

                        Lav - 6 years in what has long since been a way of life for you is one hell of an accomplishment! Thank you for leading and showing how you can achieve, live and enjoy a sober life as it should be. And you do it with encouraging support through your words day after day without fail. You are a great selfless lady and have helped so many here. Congratulations to you!

                              Thank you to all my MWO friends

                              I have had a fun family day & it's still going on as my daughter & granddaughter are staying overnight - fun times!!!
                              To think if I had continued on that dark path I would likely be missing out on these special times. Your granddaughter is only four once - so grateful I am not missing a moment of this :hug:

                                Congratulations. You are such a wonderful example for us. Personally I would
                                ike to thank you for teaching me about tge attitude of gratitude. It's made my sobriety a success and fun.
                                No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.
