Hello JC, I was out getting my spuds planted in intermittent sun and hail. This morning my back is sure letting me know I was digging for hours. Am considering getting a back massage today, never had one though but images of a big hairy sweaty middle eastern guy pummelling my back to shreds comes to mind...

could be an ordinary man or woman too. good idea to do it if your back is bad.

Evening army not very Spring like for the !st of April its still very cold here I had my heating on earlier and its now its back on again. Ahh sure i'm a bit of a fool meself never mind April. lol.
