Morning army and hello Pinky long time. Great to see you and well done on 3 years sober. Fell back asleep till nearly 11am. Still feeling a bit tired and my throat still a bit sore. Need to walk over to local Tesco later as i'm out of bread milk and spread and who knows what else. That's so far today but have to a shower soon. I haven't used a face pack in ages must pamper skin and may be see what Tesco has. The Chemist in that centre won't be open.Comment

I used to work with a lad at the volunteer place..........he's an NAer............they get up to all sorts............they went camping in Scotland a couple of years back. The AAers seem to go for all you can eat Chinese food.It could be worse, I could be filing.
