Apart from that another boring weekend for me here. I know i'm in a rut but i'm sick having to try go places on my own all the time. sorry for pity party but i'm nearly 54 yrs of age and never my life would end up this way so down and depressed lately.

Was going to mention this ages ago............you know I like knitting..........well I've been trying to find a knitting club to extend my skills..............found one all right but its held on Saturday afternoon in a bar..............welcoming picture on their page of a load of wimmin crocheting and knitting while chucking down the vino.............bet there's plenty of dropped stitches.

You are not alone in feeling in a rut.
Just a feeling of something missing.
Is it a certain age thing ??
I know I went a bit 'nuts' around that time and my drinking became more regular as I struggled to fill a gap .
You are lucky you have recognised this and try to control it.
Now that you are mostly AF you are bound to be missing the 'release' that alcohol gives.
Haven't you a big holiday to look forward to ?
