I have a weird feeling in my gut - literally.
Woke during the night with like heartburn in my throat - now that is moving down into my stomach.
It's like something I ate is trying to make it's way down and not succeeding !!!!

foxy my life is similar to yours in that i am on my own, no outside life. bored and lonely. it is not how i thought it was going to be. i understand how you feel. i also dont like drama, quiet and boring is looking quite nice at the moment. one thing i do know is that drinking doesnt change any of it. im so glad i dont have that complication at the moment. how are you doing on that front? you have my email if youd like to use it :hug:
