ah i dont want to burn her house down. its the way she is. after the letter i half expected to see her on the doorstep but not quite so soon.

i ate ice cream for lunch and tea yesterday and will probably do the same today. and sugarsoap the white walled bathroom as its covered in cigar tar..................cough. and mow the lawn. i would sit and read a book but its crap.

How on earth have you got cigar stains in the bathroom?

1. dont know, i guess so.

3. room next to bathroom was where husband would smoke cigars and play poker with the window open. the bathroom window was also open a crack. i have washed the walls before, im not a skank, but it wouldnt shift. so now im painting the room i thought id better try again and a bit harder this time.

Ahh sugar soap promises miracles and doesn't.

Icleand (the shop not the country) have special offers on their ice-cream...........we got caramel, chocolate swirl and toffee on Saturday.

Afternoon lovelies - late check-in
Was engrossed in true life little book about Graham Dwyer and the sick stuff he got up to before killing a 36 year old he had groomed to allow him to stab her.
Huge case & the jury thank God found him guilty last month.

Rox, I once rehabbed a room with heavy cigarette residue. Used pigmented shellac as first coat to seal in the stains and smell, then painted over it. Perfect! Brand name here is Binz.

Satz, book sounds right up my alley, and can probably find on amazon. Thanks for the suggestion.

No this is a very recent trial here in Ireland - just finished last month.
What I was reading was the journalists account in 2 parts. Read it all in one go !

I have no doubt a real book will be out soon & I'll let you know. The whole country was shocked by what came out of the trial...... :egad:
We are a small and mostly insular country (or maybe that's just me )

a bit late now pie. colour doesnt look like its taken and there are strange patches which have gone darker. not noctine but brush marks. the filler i used and sanded has gone darker too. bloody paint was supposed to be 'soothing white' on the blue spectrum. its blue. soothing white my arse. perhaps i should just go 'smoking den beige' and not fight it.
