ive just been reading up on Mesolimbic Pathway and a lot of scientific cited published papers came up....................anyway, sugar acts as a stimulator which is an alternative when cravings hit. but. as NS says, its not good in many ways as it keeps the cravings going longer term and for some actually causes them. for me it was sugar or alcohol, i gave up alcohol. sugar is a work in progress.
so. yes, and no. take your pick.

oh i do i do. strange though that apart from two window sills going wonky, the cracks are internal. like the centre of the house is sinking. eating jaffa cakes.
one thing i think is a good idea though is to definitely limit or cut out refined food such as ready meals and take aways. in amongst all the sugary stuff, if you can eat food which has had little done to it and few additives as possible it can only help.
