Liz-yes, I get the pink and white gels...they don't break like acrylic nails. I also get a thin, silver line painted on right below the white part. It's still professional looking, but adds bling. Ahhh....I am vain! Hahahah. Do you know I saw the original Jurassic Park six years ago finally?? Loved it in HD.

Good Morning Love bugs
Don;t get me started about hubs drinking...I have begged him for years to stop in an effort to support me, but he tells me that I am the one with a problem, not him. I had two glasses of wine for dinner and bit my tongue abut his behavior. My son kept squeezing my knee under the table. Enough about me.
Lizz - I will miss you too. K9 is gone and she used to be the crazy one here, and I work so darn much that I can't get on and goof off like I would like.
Dots - my kids said Jurassic Park was awesome. I can't wait to see it.
Rusty, I have been thinking a lot about stopping smoking. I only have four or five a day. I have cut WAY back with this new job, I barely have time to pee. But my addictive voice tells me this is all I have left to enjoy....stupid, I know
Nora - yes, hubs drove home from the pub. Son drove to dinner.
Pauly - I cannot find your posts, but please come talk to us.
Coffee, a little Netflix and then work.....writing employee evaluations that are due Tuesday.

Mama-you and I are both working today. As soon as I done with all my vanity appointments, I will be working from about 130 until at least 7 PM. Glad that somebody's working hard today too. Your support is needed today. Lots of love to you. Um, I know you love hubs and he is a great guy but he sounds like he is a heavy drinker. We know what that is like though, right? We don't see ourselves as having a problem, even when it has become problematic. I think you show an incredible amount of self-control, and I know how hard it is for you. I doubt very much that I could only drink one night a week if my husband/partner or drinking every night.

Pauly....gosh, we have all been so worried about you. Did you read AbcCowboy's post??? I don't think you realize how much people here truly care for you. And why shouldn't they? You always write thoughtful posts and you always are one of the first people to post if someone is sad or struggling. You had a really good AF run this time. I just wish I knew how to help you more...it seems like at the 5 week AF mark, you hit a speed bump. Just thinking out loud. HUGS!

Pauly so good to see you and to know you are OK....

Date with John was really great. He picked up the movie tickets ahead and called to tell me there was a time change since the internet time was wrong and he would pick me up earlier....see he gets it...then we had dinner at PF Chang. Really good and he is a real talker but his jobs are actually interesting and I understand what he is talking about and he said that was nice for a change not to see the ladies eyes glazed over....He sprang for the 3D movie and it was really kewl. The 3D glasses and the special affects were fantastic. After dinner we went back to his house and talked for a very long time and did a little kissy face....he is a good kisser....and the saga goes on....he is going out of town next Wed to Sunday.
I went to the park for a long walk today and feel energized.
Lunch with yet another new fellow tomorrow.
No grass growing under my feet....LOL

Good Afternoon, Friends,

A quick check-in from me as I am working with a client and then flying out to Cleveland. Back on Wednesday, though. Yippee....a 3-day weekend (I have to travel on Sunday). Looking forward to watching the fireworks at the beach with my close neighbor/friend and her family. We had a blast last year! Pun intended...hahahaah!

Mama-good job on cutting down on smoking!:welldone: Did you get all your evaluations done yesterday? I would love to tell you that I got ALL my work done yesterday but that would be a lie. Why didn't I get my work done? Because it was ANOTHER crappy weather day (raining) and I ended up watching, "28 Days" with Sandra Bullock, for about the 15th time and then watching "Pretty In Pink" for about the 50th time. Hahaaha. Over the 4th I am getting together with my brother-in-law's cousin, who at 50 something still likes to party and her "hobbies" center around booze. She is a sweet gal and she is soooo nice to me on Facebook, and when I told her that I quit drinking, she seemed kind of surprised but I just told her that I did it because I was adopting a healthy lifestyle. We are meeting for an early lunch so I can say, "oh, it's too early for me to drink yet" if she brings it up.

Big hellos to everyone else! My client is coming back in the room.

Afternoon,
Lunch was really nice. He was somewhat shy but good. He is an AA member so no problem with the drinking. Hope he has better manners than the last AA fellow I dated...anyhow. We had a nice conversation and agreed to see each other again. His kids are in town so wont be until next week I guess. He gave me a hug and little kiss at my car. He was dressed nicely. Sports coat and nice slacks. I like that part too. Intelligent and I had 2 inch heels and he was still taller.
So no dates for the weekend. Both men are busy...drat....but maybe another will surface before weeks end...after all it is only Monday....;-))

Rusty - to be fair hubs does not drink every night....only Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Safe travels this week. And yes, I got all my work done and no one else at work did, so nanny nanny boo boo for me!!!!

Rusty, you are too funny watching instead of working. Weather here this weekend wasn't gear either. Today was still cool but sunnier. Managed to get a walk in at lunch.
Mark finally got his work visa! Talk about cutting it down to the wire. He rearranged all his travel plans and dare I say is all set to leave on Friday.

Maybe if you contact the Site Administrator or post a new thread, describing what has happened, someone (MWO's IT guru) will answer you? This is what people here have done in the past and it seems to work.
