oh ive been so clever. spent all this time checking colours to cover the holes in the wall where the telly fell off, making sure i get the right colour to continue the hallway and get a test pot for a tiny bit of wall left in another room when i ran out. no wonder i was having trouble, looking at homebase own brand paint and its b and q i go to. ffs.

I've got such a huge family on my Dad's side that they could all be kicking seven shades of you know what out of each other and by the time it filtered down to me it'll have been a minor tiff.

It's when when someone dies and money is at stake or there is perceived unfairness that the true colours come out.
Mr S is , & and I thought his family were, the most placid you would find but then the father died & left everything to Mr S twin -there was blue murder with the women.
Couldn't blame them really - but Mr S was STILL calm and took it in his stride................. FFS !

Hello Molly dear, just reading your 'what was life REALLY like' thread, can't believe I missed it before, great stuff and just what I need to read before heading off to the big match today and the enevitable pub meet up.
How is everything? Well time to be honest to myself, last weekend was completely disgusting, a new low but I guess that's what happens when you are out on the piss in town at 11am, ended up with large parts of the day and all of the evening missing. No possible way I would have made it home without help, I shudder to think how it might have ended. Still getting flash backs, like the part about our being refused service in a pub we walked into because I was obviously pissed, it was still bright outside.
So Monday was 'fun', trying to piece together my actions, counting the bruises, mental and physical. Slept on and off all day, by evening too scared to stop cold I barely managed to hold down a couple. Tuesday still badly hanging but had to go to work, that was a long day. 1 glass when I got home. That was my LAST DRINK.
