Never been a good sleeper....and with my half day jobs............I'm lucky enough I can get a nanna nap in the aftie and about 6 hours a night. Have to say its not all nanna napping there's a fair bit of book reading goes on.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Not a great night sleeper of day napper only if i'm really tired will I take a nap in the middle of the day but it does tend to affect sleep at night. Lately i'm waking up at 4 or 5am and then by 7 or 8 I tend to get really tired again and sleep for another hour or two. Just watching Corrie and then big brother. Startedanother library book called tnis child of mine by Sinead Moriarty.

Nighty night Molls, have a fabulous time. These light mornings and light nights are brilliant apart from keeping us awake.

Rox - hormones possibly ? when I was your age .... I'm just guessing here ...... I so envied people who could nod off in the chair.
Maybe I'm more relaxed now the grog is gone or just older but sleep like a log.

                      Morning Roxxxy,
Had to look up muntjac...............think I'd have been woowoooooooing if there was one in our garden.

I'd better away to work. Usually love Tuesdays but not quite feeling enthused today.

Morning army woke up to sunshine according to forecast its another day of cloud and sun but its dry. Bold doggie keeping you awake Roxy. My cats wake me up sometimes to go out or for food by meowing and scratching at my hair then i'm stumbling around getting food and opening the door to let them out. Hard to get back asleep once i'm awake. That's pets for you.

if a cat did that to me it would leave an imprint in the wall.

Oh you cat haters lol. They don't do it often and they can be sweet and affectionate specily my female tabby. Was a beautiful day I spent most of it in the garden cutting back some of the hedge and breakijng up the twigs for bin collection tomorrow. My arms are sore as the hedge trimmer is heavy so I only got a small section done but its a start. Chiled for a while and read of my book in the sun chair. Made couscous with quorn chicken style fillets for dinner.
