Evening army that was nice Molly a surprise visit that brought some lovely moments was it your brother? I had a nice afternoon myself. Went to Dun Laoghaire and bought a few more holiday items just a fringed cardi style top in blk/cream and black cropped pants in Pennys. Also got a nice bikini in Tesco and a few food items. Went for coffee then on the bus home to pay credit union. Stopped by my sisters to say hello to my neice and family who arrived home wit hubby and kids from Tasmania yesterday and some other family members were there so spent a couple of hours with Them. Home watching corrie and making a veggie pasta dish for dinner. There was some wine and beer there but I didn't have any wasn't too bad but i'm still on ab so it all helps. Lots of people sitting outside bars in town I felt a bit of a longing for a beer or wine but it passed. Happy to be home and chilling.

            Hey, evening all

Had a nice afternoon, got a bit windy here so didn't have a BBQ but ate outside. Tent is up, couldn't find the pegs so in the end we just erected it in the trampoline and tied it off, did that last year for the kids too, bit of a pain getting in and out though. So looking forward to another fairly sleepless night, dogs will drive me mad too as they will insist on being out with us and will bark at every sound, plus the older dog will have to be hooshed up to get in and out whenever she needs to go to the loo

Nice to hear about your son Mollyka. Fighting with ants here too Roxy. Foxy, I grew up out beyond Bray, just outside Greystones but I rented in Monkstown for a few years and used to walk down to Dun Laoghaire often, love that area. Whare are you off to on hols?

Enjoy the rest of the evening folks, off to have some choccy cake
There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning.

Evening Bandit Roxy and anyone else around. Night Molly. Yes that's true Roxy drink is every where and no way would any of us here stop at one or two so its good we are aware and doing something about it. Bandit i'm going to Thailand with some family for 2 weeks including my niecee and family that are home for 10 days here and on their way home 10 days in Thailand for heading back to Tasmania. Its first time for some of us and some family have been before. Its my first 2 week holiday in years and without drinking but with the help of ab AA meetings and support on here and outside I will do it and enjoy the holiday. I can't go back drinking the way I did for years for many reasons. Enjoy your evening with the kids and doggies. I see you're an animal lover too. I haven't walked the pier in a long time and its only a short bus journey for me. Getting a bit lazy must do it soon and make it a regular thing for exercise and good sea air lol.

Morning Foxy, my garden will be happy, when the grass is turning brown in patches I think we needed a good downpour.
