    Although she's away basking on a sunny Greek island in the Mediterranean thought we'd give this lovely lady a shout out for her second alcohol free anniversary.

    And there's no party without...........................

              Satz, congrats on 2 years AF!
              Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
              Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
              Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

                      Tis 2 years today oim sure..well oi tink ,
                      Dat oi says to moiself..dats it.. no more drink...
                      Oim sick of standing in the offy in queues..
                      Jest to get moi fill o the booze

                      It feels loike ages,mebbe years
                      dat oi supped and sipped (yeh right!) those little beers,
                      and guess what I did to be smarty ,
                      oi buggered off to Greece so you cant have a party...

                      so now dear Satz from one and all,
                      have a brilliant time ..you have a ball,
                      have no worries thoughts or fears,
                      enjoy your life in these no drinking years!!

                              My belated congrats to you satz! I've been offline a few days. Two years is twice as good as one, the rewards keep doubling.
                              My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
